About Gridhouse

Where we came from

Gridhouse started as the team behind SentinelGrid, a managed IT service for small businesses. Running IT for real shops and offices kept showing us problems worth solving with software, so we built tools for them: shop management for auto repair, classroom games for teachers, verification for online communities, and a games studio on Roblox.

Once there were several products, it made sense to put them under one company. In 2026 we formed Gridhouse LLC in Wyoming to own and operate all of them.

Why one company with many names

Each product serves a different kind of customer. A repair shop owner, a teacher and a Discord server moderator should each find a site, a support address and terms written for them. So every product keeps its own name, site and support team.

Behind those names, Gridhouse LLC is the party you contract with. Invoices, agreements and legal notices name Gridhouse LLC, and Gridhouse is responsible for every product it runs.

What we care about

• Plain dealing. Clear prices, clear terms, and no claims we cannot back up.
• Privacy by default. Data stays inside the product it belongs to. We do not sell personal information.
• Security as routine. We patch, monitor and review our systems as part of normal work, and we welcome reports from researchers.
• Young users handled with care. Products that may reach teens follow stricter rules on what they collect and who can sign up.

How the companies relate

SentinelGrid, AutoDX, Rally, VerifyBlox and Synapse Studios are brands and product lines of Gridhouse LLC. They are not separate legal entities. Where a product works with an outside partner, such as a payment processor or a platform like Roblox or Discord, that partner is independent of us and has its own terms.
