1. Company information

Our brands are trade names of Gridhouse LLC, not separate companies. A contract with any of them is a contract with Gridhouse LLC.

2. Legal notices and service of process

Send formal notices and legal process to our registered address above, marked "Attention: Legal". Please also email a copy to legal@gridhousellc.com so it reaches us without delay. Email alone is not accepted as service of process unless a contract with us says otherwise or we agree in writing.

3. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on a Gridhouse site or product infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@gridhousellc.com or to our registered address with:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
3. the exact location of the material (a link or other detail that lets us find it);
4. your name, address, phone number and email;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable access to material when appropriate and, where we can, tell the person who posted it. We end the accounts of repeat infringers in suitable cases. Knowingly false claims can create legal liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

4. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the US, any district where we may be found). We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

5. Government and law enforcement requests

We protect the information our customers trust us with. For requests from government or law enforcement:

• We require valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order or warrant, issued under applicable law and addressed to Gridhouse LLC.
• We read each request carefully and push back on requests that are overly broad or unclear.
• We give only the information the process requires.
• Unless the law or a court order forbids it, we try to tell the affected customer before disclosing, so they can seek their own remedy.
• In an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical injury, we may share limited information without process, consistent with the law.

Where a business customer controls the data (for example a school district using Rally or a business using SentinelGrid), we will normally direct the request to that customer first.

6. Third-party platforms

Some of our products work on or with platforms run by other companies, such as Roblox and Discord. Those platforms are independent of us. VerifyBlox and Synapse Studios are not made, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc., and those companies' names and marks belong to them. See Trademarks.
