Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our sites, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal
We aim for gridhousellc.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We also ask each of our companies to work toward the same standard on its own site.
What we do
- Use plain HTML with headings, landmarks and a skip link so pages make sense to screen readers.
- Make every link and menu work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Keep text contrast at AA levels in both light and dark mode, and respect your system's color scheme.
- Let text resize to 200 percent and lay pages out for phones without sideways scrolling.
- Turn off smooth scrolling when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Write in plain language and avoid content that flashes.
Known limits
- Some linked documents, such as older PDFs, may not be fully tagged. Ask and we will provide an accessible version.
- Sites run by others that we link to, such as Roblox or Discord, are outside our control.
Report a barrier
If something on our sites is hard to use, tell us at hello@gridhousellc.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and will offer the information another way while we fix the problem.
