These terms cover the gridhousellc.com website and the Gridhouse team portal. Our products have their own terms.

1. Who we are

"Gridhouse", "we", "us" and "our" mean Gridhouse LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. "You" means anyone who visits or uses this site.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to gridhousellc.com and portal.gridhousellc.com (together, the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They do not cover our products. SentinelGrid, AutoDX, Rally, VerifyBlox and Synapse Studios each have their own terms and privacy policy, listed in our Legal center. If you use a product, its terms govern that use, and if they conflict with these terms, the product terms win for that product.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the site;
  • try to get into any account, system or data you are not authorized to use;
  • probe, scan or test the site's security except as allowed by our security disclosure policy;
  • overload the site, interfere with how it works, or send malware;
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or copy it to pass yourself off as us;
  • pretend to be Gridhouse, one of our companies or one of our people.

4. The team portal

The portal is a private workspace for Gridhouse staff and people we invite. Access is personal and may be removed at any time. Do not share your sign-in, and tell us at security@gridhousellc.com right away if you think someone else has used it. Anything you can see in the portal is confidential to Gridhouse unless we say otherwise. Staff use of the portal is also covered by our internal policies.

5. Our content and marks

The site, its text, design, logos and code belong to Gridhouse LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short passages with credit. You may not reuse our logos or present our content as your own without written permission. See Trademarks for how to refer to our names.

The site links to our product sites and to outside services. Outside sites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free or secure. Information on the site is general and may change; it is not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gridhouse LLC and its members, staff and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, matching the terms of our products. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you and we consent to jurisdiction there. Before filing a claim, please email legal@gridhousellc.com and give us thirty days to try to resolve it informally. Either side may use small-claims court. If you are a consumer whose local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not take them away.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will make it clear on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
